Koraku Realty is a real estate operator in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. Day-to-day operations include leasing, sales, property management, and multilingual communication with counterparties. Confidentiality, access permissions, and document integrity are not abstract concerns in that work.
PrivaGate AI is being developed to make controlled AI assistance possible in that environment. EstateVault is the industry module that operationalizes the foundation for real estate.
The foundation is being designed to be reusable. Other sectors (professional offices, dental clinics, pharmacies) are planned future markets. They are not existing customers or deployed modules.
