EstateVault is the first industry module built on top of PrivaGate AI. It is being designed for Japanese real estate brokerage and property-management firms that handle document-heavy, multilingual, and confidentiality-sensitive workflows every week.

Status The capabilities on this page are planned. Nothing here describes a released product.

Planned use cases

Three workflows we are designing for first.

  • Authorized document retrieval Planned

    Find authorized information across the brokerage’s own document store. Retrieval is permission-aware: users only see what their role allows.

  • Contract consistency checks Planned

    Compare a draft lease or sale agreement against approved templates or previously executed versions. The output is a structured diff that a human reviewer can confirm.

  • Source-grounded multilingual assistance Planned

    Generate Japanese and English summaries of the same authorized source material, with explicit citations back to the source clause. Requests that exceed the disclosure policy are not sent to Claude.

  1. Important matters explanationsAssist staff preparing 重要事項説明 materials. The model is restricted to authorized source clauses; restoration of identifying details is separately authorized.
  2. Structured field extractionExtract address, rent, deposit, key money, renewal fees, and other structured fields from listings and contracts into a controlled record.
  3. Human reviewA licensed professional confirms the output. The system never auto-issues a regulatory document or replaces a licensed judgement.
  4. Current stage and planned validationEstateVault is in development. Initial validation is planned against Koraku Realty’s own real-estate workflows before any external deployment.

EstateVault does not replace licensed judgement.

Qualified professionals (licensed real estate practitioners, attorneys, tax accountants) retain responsibility for legal, tax, and contractual decisions. EstateVault is assistive. It is intended to make confidentiality-sensitive AI use possible under human review, not to remove the reviewer.
