What this notice covers

This notice covers koraku-realty.jp and the new marketing surface for PrivaGate AI / EstateVault. It does not cover any third-party site linked from this website, and it does not cover the planned PrivaGate AI product, which has its own deployment-specific data handling.

What we collect

• Inquiry form submissions: name, work email, optional company, inquiry category, message, privacy acknowledgement, timestamp, and IP address for spam protection.
• Standard server logs: IP address, request URL, response code, user agent. These are required by the hosting environment.
• Honeypot field value, used to reject bots. The honeypot must remain empty.

What we do not collect

• No third-party analytics by default. No third-party fonts.
• No files, uploads, or biometric data through this site.
• No automated decision-making that produces legal effects on the visitor.

How long we keep it

Inquiry submissions are forwarded to the configured destination mailbox. They are not stored in the website database unless an explicit operator action enables logging. Server logs follow the hosting provider’s standard retention.

Cookies

The website sets a session cookie and, when enabled, a CSRF cookie used by WordPress. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The interactive demo runs entirely in the browser and does not write to localStorage.

Use the contact form with category “Privacy” to request access, correction, or deletion of any data associated with your inquiry. We respond within five business days.
