Product boundary
What this release is, and what it is not.
This delivery is a marketing website plus an interactive synthetic demo. It is not a deployment of the PrivaGate AI product. This page draws that line precisely.
Included in this release
- A WordPress block theme providing the visual system, templates, and patterns for eleven English pages.
- A companion plugin providing the inquiry form, the synthetic demo, the content seeding command, security headers, JSON-LD, and optional redirects.
- Documentation covering installation, migration, rollback, security review, and the Claude Startups readiness material.
Not included in this release
- No PrivaGate AI gateway, no permission model implementation, no token mapping service, no restoration key management.
- No Claude API integration. No Anthropic credentials are stored, requested, or referenced anywhere in this repository.
- No vector database, no retrieval index, no multi-tenant SaaS backend.
- No customer portal, billing, entitlement, or SLA machinery.
- No production data migration. The existing site’s content is neither read nor modified by this package.
- No production SMTP configuration. Local delivery is verified against Mailpit; production requires operator setup.
Deliberate non-goals
- The site does not collect real tenant, buyer, or client information.
- The site does not run language-model inference of any kind.
- The site does not load third-party analytics, fonts, or trackers.
- The site does not display certification badges, customer logos, testimonials, or metrics it cannot substantiate.
How to read the architecture pages
The architecture and security pages describe the target design of PrivaGate AI. Every capability there is written as intended, planned, or designed to. Concrete data-handling, retention, and certification positions depend on a future deployment and its service contract.
