Deployment planning
Define the in-tenant deployment: integration points, document store boundaries, identity, and rollout sequence.
Policy configuration
Configure disclosure policy defaults for the brokerage’s document categories, with per-role overrides where appropriate.
Japanese document templates
Pack the sector-specific templates and the review process used by EstateVault. The shared foundation is reused; only the templates are tailored.
Evaluation design
Define a small evaluation set for the brokerage’s real workflows. Use synthetic and appropriately authorized data. Measure privacy-utility trade-offs.
Maintenance and operational support
Planned recurring support for policy tuning, prompt updates, and integration changes. Final SLA is part of the service contract.

The first edition is being validated through Koraku Realty’s own real-estate workflows before any external deployment. Pricing is not finalized. We do not list prepaid plans, seat packs, or annual commitments in advance.
